How to receive my welcome package?
You can pick up your welcome package directly at the brewery in Grafing after your registration.
How can I update my bank details?
Just write to us by e-mail or mail and tell us your new bank details.
What if my address has changed?
Just write to us by email or post and tell us your new address.
The Wildbräu Family Newsletter does not arrive, what now?
Just write us an email with the subject “Newsletter does not arrive”. Additionally, please provide your name and membership number so we can get to the bottom of it.
Can I give the membership as a gift?
Sure! Simply fill out the form below and check the “I want to give away membership” box at the top.
How can I cancel my membership?
Membership can always be terminated on 31.12. of the year will be completed. To cancel, simply click the “Cancel Membership” button below the registration form and fill out the form.
